Yes, of course. However, this will depend on the availability and schedule of both the therapists and the Spa. All our therapists are duly trained so as not to cause you any discomfort. You will be discretely covered with a towel to respect your privacy.
Everyone is required to wear a bathing suit in the thermal area. You are not permitted to enter without a bathing suit or naked. For your Spa treatments, just wear what you feel most comfortable in. Our professionals will provide you with the specific clothing that is required for body treatments.
If you are staying at the hotel, please leave all your belongings in the safe in your suite; otherwise, you may use the lockers in the changing rooms. Open Spa assumes no responsibility for any items that are lost and/or left behind.
Our Spa works according to a strict booking and appointment system. If you arrive late, your treatment will be cut short. Depending on the length of the session, late arrival may be seen as failure to show up.
We always recommend that you arrive a little beforehand. For the Beauty Salon, we recommend that you arrive 5 minutes early, and for the Spa, we ask you to arrive 10 minutes early so that you can collect the key to your locker and take your time to get changed and relax for a few minutes before beginning your treatment.
If you are able to come an hour or 30 minutes beforehand, you can enjoy our Aqua Spa, which includes a Kneipp path, sauna, Turkish bath, ice bath, heated water beds, swan-neck jets, relaxation area, etc.
We recommend that you eat and drink with moderation before your treatment and avoid drinking alcohol. You should not have a hair removal session before an exfoliation treatment. Finally, we suggest that you take care when sunbathing. Use sun cream.
You can either pay in cash or by one of the credit cards that we accept. Guests at Ibiza Gran Hotel may add the services to their room bill.
Cancellations must be made with 12 hours notice; otherwise, you will be charged for 50 % of the price.
